Prime Minister Congratulates President and Members of Presidential Council on Advent of Ramadan

Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, the Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the members of the Council and all Yemeni people, on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

On behalf of himself and the members of the government, the Prime Minister expressed his warm congratulations to the President and members of the Presidential Leadership Council, as well as to all Yemeni people both at home and abroad, and to the Arab and Islamic nations, on this auspicious religious occasion. He prayed to Allah Almighty to restore this holy month to Yemen and its people with security and stability. Dr. bin Mubarak stressed the importance of reviving the values of solidarity, compassion, and brotherhood, and working towards cohesiveness and consensus to overcome these challenging circumstances and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people caused by the Houthi terrorist militia since its coup against the legitimate authority and the outbreak of war.

The Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to accept the fasting and prayers of all His righteous servants during the blessed month of Ramadan, and to restore this joyous occasion and similar ones to them and all Muslims with goodness, blessings, and prosperity. He also prayed for mercy for the noble martyrs of Yemen, recovery for the injured, and freedom for the prisoners and the abducted.
