President Al-Alimi Congratulates Emir of Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, on the anniversary of the National and Liberation Days of his brotherly country.

On behalf of himself, the Council members, and the government, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Mishal for abundant health and happiness, as well as continued progress and prosperity for the brotherly Kuwaiti people under Sheikh Mishal’s wise leadership.

President Al-Alimi praised Kuwait’s honorable stance in support of the Yemeni people and their political leadership during various stages and circumstances. He also commended Kuwait’s active role within the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen and its humanitarian and developmental interventions across all sectors. His Excellency expressed his wishes for further development and prosperity for the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
