President Al-Alimi Hails the High Readiness of the Armed Forces and All Military Formations

Today, Friday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, made a phone call to Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, the Minister of Defense, and Lieutenant General Sagheer bin Aziz, the Chief of General Staff and Commander of Joint Operations. The call aimed to review the latest military developments and combat readiness following the Presidential Leadership Council’s decision regarding the unification of battlefronts within the joint operations theater at all levels.

During the call, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed, on behalf of himself, the council members, and the government, his deep appreciation and pride for the immense sacrifices made by the heroes of the armed forces across all military formations. He praised their legendary resilience in defending the interests of the Yemeni people and the republican system.

The President was briefed by the Minister of Defense and the Chief of General Staff on the situation in the operations theater, ensuring the well-being of the armed forces’ personnel across all units and their high readiness to firmly confront the Houthi militia, counter its aggressive actions and terrorist plots, and continue the battle to restore state institutions and end the coup.

His Excellency commended the high combat readiness demonstrated by the heroes of the armed forces and all military formations in deterring the aggressions of the Iran-backed Houthi militias. He commended their bravery in defending the republican system and their commitment to dignity and honor in all fields of heroism and sacrifice.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces emphasized the necessity of increased vigilance and a firm response to the plans of the Houthi militias and the allied terrorist organizations. He also called for enhanced coordination and communication among all military and security units, as well as resistance forces across the country.

His Excellency affirmed that the struggle of the Yemeni people against the Imamate project is a battle for their destiny and will not conclude until all its objectives are achieved, including the complete liberation of national territory and the triumph of the republican values, partnership, and equal citizenship.
