President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences to King of Jordan

Today, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Majda, the wife of His Royal Highness Prince Ra’ad bin Zeid. The late princess passed away after a lifetime of social and charitable contributions.

The president of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself, the council members, and the government, expressed his heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to his brother King Abdullah II, to the family of the deceased, and to the brotherly Jordanian people for this painful loss.

His Excellency praised the virtues of the deceased and her significant voluntary social and humanitarian contributions, particularly in the areas of providing essential care for refugees, orphans, and individuals with special needs. He prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon the deceased, to inspire His Majesty and the royal family with patience and solace, and to protect the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its brotherly people from all evil and harm.
