President Al-Alimi Congratulates King of Bahrain on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the anniversary of the National Day of his brotherly country.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself, the council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for abundant health and happiness. Furthermore, he extended wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain under King Hamad’s wise leadership, and for the development and growth of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields.

His Excellency the President commended the steadfast fraternal stances of the Kingdom of Bahrain, its leadership, government, and people in support of Yemen and its legitimate leadership in various circumstances, as well as in regional and international forums. His Excellency also praised Bahrain’s support for Yemen’s aspirations to restore state institutions and to end the coup by the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia.
