President al-Alimi attends attended a celebration to launch a package of Saudi funded projects ,visits MASAM Demining Project

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, president of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with the Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik and The Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed al-Jaber attended a celebration held to launch a package of Saudi funded projects within 229 initiatives and developmental projects all over Yemen.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister, Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik, spoke about the impact of Saudi projects in Yemen, their developmental interventions, and their pivotal role in alleviating human suffering and stimulating economic growth and stability in the country.

The Prime Minister expressed the political leadership’s  and the government’s appreciation for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, king, government, and people for their honorable and brotherly stance of supporting Yemeni people’ aspirations in various fields."

Additionally, Ambassador al-Jaber spoke about package of Saudi funded projects launched today, including inaugurating Aden Public Hospital, and the third phase of the rehabilitation of Aden International Airport, reaffirming the Kingdom's commitment to support Yemen and its people at various levels."

Then, the president of the Presidential Leadership Council paid a visit to KSrelief Center Demining Project in Yemen (MASAM) 

President al-Alimi was briefed by project manager, Osama Al-Qassabi, on the program's activities and the results of its operations in removing mines planted by the Iran- backed Houthi terrorist militias.

The President also  toured the photo exhibition documenting the victims of the militias' mines among civilians, as well as the teams working on the project."

The president of the Presidential Leadership Council was accompanied during the visits by the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, Yasser Al-Shiqi, and a number of officials.
