His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Bajram Begaj of the Republic of Albania on the anniversary of his friendly country's Independence Day.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself, the Council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Begaj for abundant health and happiness. Furthermore, he extended wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Republic of Albania, as well as for the development and growth of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
