President Al-Alimi congratulates Morocco on Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable  of congratulations to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco, congratulating him on the anniversary of the Independence Day of his brotherly country.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself, the council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for good health and happiness. Moreover, he extended wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of Morocco, as well as for the development and growth of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.

His Excellency the President commended Morocco’s stance, its leadership, government, and people in support of Yemen, its citizens, and its political leadership. Moreover, His Excellency praised Morocco's support for Yemen's aspirations to restore state institutions and to end the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist coup.
