President AL-Alimi Congratulates Azerbaijan On Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Ilham Heydar Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, congratulating him on the anniversary of his friendly country’s Independence Day.
President Al-Alimi, on his own behalf, the council members, and the government, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev for abundant health and happiness.
