President Al-Alimi Receives Credentials of Romanian Ambassador

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received today, Thursday, at the Mashiq Presidential Palace in the interim capital Aden, the credentials of Mr. George Cristian Maior, the Ambassador of the friendly Republic of Romania. The Romanian ambassador conveyed to his Excellency the greetings of the Romanian leadership, wishing His Excellency good health and happiness, and the Yemeni people security, stability, and peace.
Following the reception ceremony, His Excellency the President met with the Romanian Ambassador, discussing the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the educational field , in addition to latest developments in the Yemeni situation and issues of mutual interest.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council welcomed the Romanian Ambassador, stressing commitment to providing all necessary facilities and support to effectively carry out his duties in serving the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and peoples.
The Credentials Ceremony and the meeting were attended by Dr. Shai’a Al-Zindani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
