His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Andrés Manuel López Obrado, President of the United Mexican States, on the anniversary of the Independence Day of his friendly country.
President Al-Alimi, on his own behalf, the council members, and the government, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Obrador for abundant health and happiness. Furthermore, he wished the government and people of Mexico progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries further development and growth.
