President Al-Alimi offers Condolences on Passing of Chairman of Maritime Affairs Authority

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to the family of the late Brigadier General Marine Engineer Ahmed Saleh Al-Sobhi, Chairman of the Maritime Affairs Authority. Brig. Gen. Al-Sabhi, passed away in Cairo, Egypt after a lifetime of contributions and dedicated national work to serve his people, and their development in civilian and military fields.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council and the government, expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, his brothers, and all his family members for their painful loss.

His Excellency the President praised the deceased's virtues, good career, sincerity, and dedication in all the tasks assigned to him, whether in the naval forces or while serving as the Head of the Yemen Coast Guard, before assuming the position of Chairman of the Maritime Affairs Authority. His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty to cover the deceased in His vast mercy, grant him a place in His spacious paradise, and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
