His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, on the anniversary of his friendly country's National Day.
President Al-Alimi expressed on his own behalf, the council members, and the government, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim.
