President Al-Alimi Briefed by Governor Mabkhout bin Madi on Situation in Hadhramaut

Today, Wednesday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohhammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, made a telephone call with Governor of Hadhramaut, Mabkhout bin Madi, to review the conditions of citizens and the coordinated efforts with government agencies to improve services, enhance security and stability in the governorate.

During the call, His Excellency the President congratulated Governor Bin Madi on his own behalf, the members of the PLC and the government on the success of the “Nagm Al-baldah” Festival, the day after the conclusion of its annual activities, as one of the best tourist destinations to enjoy the rare natural phenomenon in the region.

The President of the Leadership Council was briefed on an explanation by the Governor of Hadhramaut about the general situation in the governorate, and the efforts of the local authority in the security, service and development aspects, and alleviating the human suffering of citizens. He was also briefed on the radical solutions at the forefront, for the electricity sector and basic services despite the financing crisis caused by the terrorist Houthi militia attacks on oil installations, supported by the Iranian regime.

His Excellency the President praised the efforts of the local authority to normalize the situation in the governorate. His Excellency noted the high and customary responsibility of the people of Hadhramaut in presenting their governorate as an example of peace, a cradle of human civilization, and a source of inspiration for development and reconstruction, respect for state institutions, the rule of law, and spreading the culture of coexistence and moderation in various parts of the world.
