President Al-Alimi receives UAE Ambassador

Today, Thursday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council has received the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Yemen, Mohammed Hamad Al-Zaabi.

In the meeting, the Emirati Ambassador conveyed to His Excellency the President the greetings of his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, his wishes for good health to the President, and for the Yemeni people, security, stability, and peace.

For his part, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, conveyed his greetings and the members of the Council’s to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, and his wishes for abundant health and happiness, and for the brotherly Emirati people all progress and prosperity.

The meeting touched upon bilateral relations between the two countries, the two brotherly peoples, and the promising prospects for strengthening them in various fields.

The meeting also touched upon developments in the Yemeni situation and joint efforts to coordinate stances regarding the current challenges at all levels.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.
