President AL-Alimi Congratulates Russia On National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on the anniversary of the National Day of his friendly country.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes  to President Vladimir Putin. President Al-Alimi wished the Russian president abundant health and happiness, the government and people  of the Russian Federation further progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries development and growth.

His Excellency the President praised Russia’s firm position in support of Yemen, its people, and its political leadership. In addition, He praised alleviating Yemen’s humanitarian suffering caused by the Iran- backed terrorist Houthi militias.
