President Al-Alimi Congratulates HH Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on his appointment as Crown Prince of Kuwait

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on the occasion of his appointment as Crown Prince of the brotherly State of Kuwait.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, the government, and the Yemeni people his sincere congratulations to Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on appointing His Highness as Crown Prince. His Excellency expressed his wishes for him success in his new duties, and for the brotherly Kuwaiti people further progress and prosperity.

His Excellency the President praised the brotherly State of Kuwait for its honorable positions alongside the Yemeni people, and its political leadership in various stages and circumstances, leading to Kuwait’s active role within the coalition to support legitimacy led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He expressed his confidence, and the Yemeni people’s, that the distinguished fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples will witness more progress, development and advancement during the next stage.
