President Al-Alimi receives invitation from King of Bahrain to attend Arab Summit

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received today, Thursday, Sheikh Ali bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the brotherly Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Ambassador handed over to His Excellency an invitation from his brother, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to attend the Arab Summit, scheduled to be held in Manama in the middle of next month.

During the meeting, the Bahraini Ambassador conveyed to His Excellency the President, the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and his wishes for him abundant health and happiness, and for the Yemeni people security, stability, and peace.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council praised the efforts made by the Kingdom of Bahrain, its king, government, and people, for the success of the 33rd Arab Summit, for the interest of the nation and enhancing its collective role to confront all challenges.

His Excellency the President also praised the firm relationships between the two brotherly countries, and the promising opportunities to strengthen them in various fields.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.
