President Al-Alimi continues efforts to support comprehensive government reforms in Aden

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, has come back today, Saturday, to the interim capital of Aden, after successful participation in the Munich International Security Conference, and multiple consultations with brothers and friends, regional and international actors in Riyadh, regarding developments in Yemen and the region.

A source in the Office of the Presidency of the Republic said that the President of the Presidential Leadership Council will continue extensive meetings with the government’s leadership, local authorities, and stakeholders in the national arena in support of the comprehensive reform program in various fields. They will improve  the level of executive performance in accordance with the decisions and directives of the Council, the priorities of this stage, and at the forefront are efforts to enhance security and stability in the interim capital of Aden and other governorates.

His Excellency the President will also be briefed on the measures taken to provide services, goods and basic needs for citizens during the holy month of Ramadan, and to limit the repercussions of severe inflation and price fluctuations exacerbated by the Houthi terrorist militia’s attacks on oil installations and commercial ships in regional and international waters with the support of the Iranian regime.
