President Al-Alimi congratulates the Namibian President on taking constitutional oath of office

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Nangolo Mbumba on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath of office as president of the Republic of Namibia.
