His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania HE Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
