President al-Alimi meets with Saudi Duty Forces Command and representatives of (KS HARC)

His Excellency president Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi , President of the Presidential Leadership Council met today ,Saturday with Commander of Saudi Duty Forces Faisal al-Hujaili and representatives of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) in the presence of Governors of Mahara Mohammad Ali Yasser and of Hadhramout Mabkhout bin Madhi.

The meeting touched upon the ongoing efforts to address the repercussions of the tropical cyclone that hit the governorates of Socotra, Al-Mahrah, and Hadramout last week, including humanitarian and relief interventions, in addition to rehabilitating affected basic infrastructure destroyed by the tropical cyclone.

During the meeting, His Excellency on his own behalf, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, the government, and the governorates of Socotra, Al-Mahrah, and Hadramout, expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for their generous response in alleviating the impact of the natural disaster that hit the three governorates stressing the importance of intensifying coordinated efforts with various relevant authorities to normalize the situation and enhance the capabilities of local authorities in addressing the urgent  tropical cyclone.

The meeting was attended by Major General Saleh Al-Maqaleh, the Director of the Office of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council.
