The President congratulates the Egyptian President on the 50th anniversary of the October victories

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of glorious October victories.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, the government and the Yemeni people expressed to President Al- Sisi, his sincere congratulations and wishes for good health and happiness, and for the dear Egyptian people all progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.
His Excellency the President also expressed his and the Yemeni people’s pride in the historical epic that the Egyptian Armed Forces crowned with the victories of the Sixth of October, which changed the course of history and strengthened the brotherly Egypt’s leading position, and the Arab nation’s pride and exaltation.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council praised Egypt's historic position alongside the Yemeni people, its republican system, and its political leadership, at various stages, leading to its active role within the coalition to support legitimacy led by the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His Excellency also praised the steadfast bilateral relations between the two countries, the two brotherly peoples and their promising prospects at all levels.
