His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences to His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the friendly French Republic, on the passing of former French Prime Minister Édouard Balladur.
On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere condolences to President Macron, the family of the deceased, and the friendly French people over this painful loss.
