Republican Decree Issued Forming High Tender Board

Republican Decree No. (44) of 2026 was issued today concerning the formation of the High Tender and Auction Board.

Article (1) of the decree stipulates the appointment of the following individuals to the High Tender and Auction Board in the positions indicated next to their names:

- Jamal Nasser Abdullah Al-Aqel – Chairman

- Abdulraqeeb Saif Mohammed Fateh – Member

- Abdulsalam Abdullah Salem Ba’aboud – Member

- Ibtihaj Abdulqader Ahmed Al-Kamal – Member

- Nasser Muthanna Saleh Muthanna – Member

Article (2) stipulates that the decree shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
