President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences over Victims of Earthquake in Philippines

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Excellency President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. of the Republic of the Philippines over the victims of the earthquake. The disaster struck southern parts of the country, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Government, and the Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi expressed his profound sorrow and sincere condolences to President Marcos, the families of the victims, and the Filipino people. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant those injured a speedy recovery and to protect the Republic of the Philippines and its people against all evil and harm.
