President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Passing of Member of Shura Council, Qasim Al-Mashdali

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to Salman Qasim Al-Mashdali and his brothers on the passing of their father, the late Shura Council member and tribal sheikh Qasim Hussein Al-Mashdali. Sheikh Qasim passed away after a lifetime of contributions and dedicated service to his homeland, his people, and the republican system.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his deep sorrow and sincere condolences to the Al-Mashdali family over their painful loss.

President Al-Alimi praised the deceased’s distinguished virtues and prominent contributions in the service of the nation. He further commended his honorable positions and great sacrifices in resisting the Imamate project and defending the republican system. The President also highlighted the late Sheikh’s well-known efforts in charitable work and reconciliation initiatives. He prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy upon the deceased, grant him eternal rest in Paradise, and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
