President Al-Alimi Receives Cable of Congratulations from President of Kosovo on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received a cable of congratulations from Her Excellency President Vjosa Osmani Sadriu of the Republic of Kosovo. The telegram was sent on the occasion of the 36th National Day of the Republic of Yemen, 22 May.

The President of Kosovo expressed her sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council and to the Yemeni people on this national occasion, wishing a bright future for both friendly countries.

In her cable, she stated: “This day is a strong reminder of the determination and resilience of the Yemeni people. Despite the many challenges your country has faced, the spirit of unity remains a source of strength and hope.”

Her Excellency commended the efforts of all those working toward reconstruction, reconciliation, and building a more peaceful future for Yemen.

She added: “In such times, we are reminded of the importance of friendship and cooperation between our countries,” expressing her country’s firm support for a secure and prosperous Yemen.

The President also expressed her aspiration to strengthen friendship and enhance cooperation for the mutual benefit of the two friendly peoples who cherish peace.
