President Al-Alimi Congratulates Sri Lanka on Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, on the anniversary of the independence of the friendly Country.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Dissanayake for continued health and happiness, and to the government and people of Sri Lanka for progress and prosperity. He further expressed his hope for the continued development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries
