President al - Alimi meets with Shabwa governor

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met today, Sunday, with the governor of Shabwa, Awad Mohammed Bin Al-Wazeer, discussing the situation in the Governorate, the level of services provided to citizens, and the development projects that have been implemented and those planned for current year.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, in the presence of the Director of the Presidency, Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi, listened to a report on level of achieving projects funded by the local authority, the government, and the brothers in the Coalition to Support legitimacy in Yemen , especially in the fields of public works, roads, public health, and electricity and energy.

President Al-Alimi praised the role of the local authority in Shabwah and the people integration in supporting developmental programs and facing the agenda of Iran-backed Houthi militia and terrorist organizations coordinating with the militia.

His Excellency directed the government and local authority to redouble efforts towards enhancing State presence and improving services to limit humanitarian repercussions caused by Houthi militia's terrorist attacks and to work as one team in order to face current and potential challenges at various levels.
