President of Presidential Council Praises Swift Response by Coalition to Protect Civilians in Hadhramaut

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, commended the swift response by the leadership of the Joint Forces of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen to his request to take immediate measures to protect civilians in Hadhramaut Governorate, in accordance with the recommendations of the National Defense Council.

In a post on his account on X platform, the President affirmed that this step would contribute to restoring security and stability, safeguarding social peace, and preserving the legal status of the Republic of Yemen. He reiterated his full support for the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

President Al-Alimi also called on the Southern Transitional Council to respond immediately to these efforts, withdraw from Hadhramaut and Al-Mahra, and hand over military camps to the National Shield Forces and local authorities, in order to preserve rank cohesion and serve the supreme interests of the country.
