President Al-Alimi Congratulates Qatar on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on the anniversary of the brotherly country’s National Day.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, the government, and the Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi expressed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Emir Tamim for abundant health and happiness. He further extended wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of Qatar under His Highness’s wise leadership and expressed hope for the continued development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries across various fields.

His Excellency the President praised the steadfast fraternal stances of Qatar—its leadership, government, and people—in support of the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership, as well as their aspirations to restore state institutions and achieve security, stability, and peace.
