President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Victims of Paraná Tornado

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, president of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolence to His Excellency President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of the friendly Federative Republic of Brazil, over the victims of the tornado that struck the state of Paraná. The devastating tornado resulted in dozens of fatalities, injuries, and missing persons.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere condolences to President Lula da Silva, the government, and the friendly Brazilian people for this painful tragedy. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant the injured a speedy recovery, ensure the safe return of those missing, and to protect the Federative Republic of Brazil and its friendly people from all evil and harm.
