President Al-Alimi Congratulates Azerbaijan on Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Ilham Heydar Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the anniversary of the friendly country’s Independence Day.
On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government of Yemen, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev for abundant health and happiness.
