President Al-Alimi Congratulates Azerbaijan on Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Ilham Heydar Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the anniversary of the friendly country’s Independence Day.
