President Al-Alimi Congratulates Germany on Unity Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany, on the anniversary of the friendly country's Unity Day.
On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, President Al-Alimi expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Steinmeier for continued good health and happiness.
He also extended his wishes to the government and people of the Federal Republic of Germany for further progress and prosperity.
Furthermore, he expressed hope for the development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries across various fields.
His Excellency the president praised the Federal Republic of Germany’s stance in support of the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership. He commended Germany’s support for Yemenis’ aspirations to restore state institutions, security, stability and peace, and to end the coup by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias.
