President Al-Alimi Congratulates President El-Sisi on Anniversary of July 23rd Revolution

Today, Tuesday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the anniversary of the immortal July 23rd Revolution.

on behalf of himself, the Council members and the government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President El-Sisi for continued health and happiness, and for the esteemed people of Egypt to achieve further progress and prosperity under President El-Sisi’s wise leadership.

His Excellency recalled Egypt’s pivotal and steadfast support for the Yemeni people, their political leadership, and their republican system throughout various stages and circumstances, including support for Yemen’s developmental and educational path, as well as its Arab and humanitarian role within the Coalition To Support Legitimacy. He further acknowledged Egypt’s efforts to restore state institutions and end the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia coup.

The President praised the historical relations between the Republic of Yemen and the Arab Republic of Egypt, noting their promising prospects for cooperation, including bilateral coordination to confront common challenges and safeguard the interests of both brotherly countries and peoples at all levels.
