President Al-Alimi Sends Condolences on the Passing of Sheikh Zaid Abu Ali

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Mohammed Abu Ali on the passing of the late Member of Parliament, the patriotic Sheikh Zaid Mohammed Abu Ali. The late Sheikh passed away after a life full of dedication and sincere service to his nation, people, and the republican system.

The President, on behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed his heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the sons, brothers, and all family members of the deceased in their great loss.

His Excellency commended the late Sheikh’s virtues and his prominent roles in serving the nation through the various positions he held, and for gaining the trust of the people as a Member of Parliament for several legislative terms.

His Excellency also praised the honorable stance of the late Sheikh Zaid Abu Ali in resisting the Imamate project and defending the republican system, as well as his well-known efforts in charitable work and reconciliation among people.

The President prayed to Almighty God to grant the deceased His vast mercy, to admit him into His spacious Paradise, and to grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.
