Judge Sahl Hamza Takes Constitutional Oath Before President of Presidential Leadership Council

Today, Thursday, Judge Sahl Mohammed Hamza Nasser took the constitutional oath before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council. This ceremony marked Judge Nasser's appointment as Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council and a member of the Council, in the presence of Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, Head of the Supreme Judicial Council.

Following the ceremony, President of the Presidential Leadership Council met with Judge Sahl Hamza and congratulated him on gaining the confidence of the Judicial Council and the political leadership. His Excellency underscored the significant responsibility Judge Hamza now holds in managing administrative and financial affairs, overseeing the Council's supporting technical units, and regulating their operations to ensure efficiency and timely outcomes.

His Excellency the President renewed his commendation for the successes achieved in recent times regarding institutional building, continuous modernization of judicial bodies, and infrastructure rehabilitation. He emphasized the Presidential Leadership Council’s commitment to close cooperation with the government to secure the necessary resources for judicial personnel, advance the judicial system, and facilitate citizen access to its services.

His Excellency the President reiterated his and his fellow members' understanding of the profound hardships faced by judicial personnel. He expressed confidence in the judiciary’s ability to overcome challenges, continue serving, and deliver justice to the oppressed, grounded in their deep commitment to national duty amidst the exceptional wartime conditions ignited by the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias.
