President Al-Alimi Congratulates President Trump on U.S. Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Donald Trump of the United States of America on the anniversary of his country's independence day.

On his behalf, the members of the Council, the government, and the Yemeni people, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Trump for abundant health and happiness. He also extended wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the U.S. government and its people, while expressing hope for further strengthening and development of bilateral relations between the two friendly nations across various fields.

His Excellency the President praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries and the notable progress achieved at all levels. He expressed his appreciation for the unwavering U.S. support for Yemen, its people, and its political leadership, as well as their aspirations to restore state institutions and end the coup by the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias.
