President AL-Alimi Congratulates Russia on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on the anniversary of the National Day of the friendly nation.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, President Al-Alimi extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Putin for enduring health and happiness. He further expressed his hopes for the progress and prosperity of the Russian Federation’s government and people, as well as for the development and flourishing of the distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly nations across all fields.

His Excellency the President praised Russia's steadfast support for Yemen, its people, and its political leadership, as well as its aspirations to restore state institutions, security, stability, and peace.
