President Al-Alimi Leaves Baghdad After Participating in Arab Summit

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with Council members Othman Mujali and Faraj Al-Buhsani, has left the Iraqi capital Baghdad following his participation in the Ordinary and Development Arab Summits.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council delivered Yemen’s speech to the summit. In which he discussed the latest local developments and the required Arab efforts to move toward a more serious level of solidarity. Additionally, His Excellency emphasized the need to counter shared terrorist threats, particularly foreign interference in Arab affairs and attempts to dismantle nation-states and their legitimate institutions through rogue terrorist groups.
President Al-Alimi extended congratulations to the Republic of Iraq—its leadership, government, and people—on the successful hosting of the Summits. He further expressed renewed appreciation and gratitude for the brotherly nation’s exceptional organization, gracious hospitality, and warm reception.
The President and his accompanying delegation were seen off by Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iraq, along with Mr. Al-Khadher Marmash, Yemen’s Ambassador to Iraq, and several members of the embassy staff.
