President Al-Alimi Congratulates President Putin on Victory Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on the anniversary of his friendly country’s Victory Day.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed his sincere congratulations to President Putin, wishing him abundant health and happiness, and the friendly Russian people continued progress and prosperity. He also expressed hope for further development and flourishing of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries across various fields.
