President al-Alim directs to investigate the incidents in Maashiq Palace

A reliable source at the office of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council stated that His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Aalimi closely followed the individual actions taken by some members of the security personnel at Maashiq Palace in the interim capital, Aden, on Sunday evening.

In this regard, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council directed the Minister of Defense, Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee to investigate the circumstances of what happened, the reasons that led to it, report the findings, in order to the take appropriate measures, and ensure  not to be occurred again. 

The source stressed the importance of enhancing the government's role in providing services to citizens and alleviating their humanitarian suffering, under the exceptional circumstances created by the Iran- backed Houthi militias.
